The reports on the work of teams and youth movements fourth term (2007-2010), term orientation task 5th (2010-2012) were discussed and reached agreement in the Congress, at the time, an election of new Executive Committee was held, five newly elected young people are capable, reliable and enthusiastic with the unions.
The meeting also listened to the speech of instructions delivered by Mr. Phan Hoai Nam and Mr. Pham Vu Thang.
