During its history of establishment and development, VINA-OFC has had honour of attention and interest of the Leaders from the Party, Government, Ministries and Central Authorities .

· 1998: The Former General Secretary of the Party Do Muoi visited company

· 1998: Late Minister of Public Security Le Minh Huong visited factory.

· 2000: Chairman of Assembly (presently General Secretary) Nong Duc Manh visited factory

· 2001: Deputy Standing Prime Minister (presently Prime Minister) Nguyen Tan Dung visited factory.

· Every year, Minister of Post & Telecommunications of Vietnam, VNPT BOM Chairman and Genral Director of VNPT visited, inspected and encouraged corporate employees.
